Therapy Assistant (Up to $2.4k / Rehab Centre / West / 5 days) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare clients, therapy equipment, and materials ahead of assessments or therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists in implementing prescribed exercises and therapy programs, including group-based activities.
• Conduct basic or routine group therapy sessions under the supervision or guidance of therapists or clinical associates.
• Provide support to therapists during client assessments and treatment sessions.
• Relay relevant information about therapy sessions to therapists or clinical associates.
• Offer assistance in specialized therapy areas or clinical programs as directed by therapists.
• Maintain and manage inventory of therapy equipment and supplies.
• Ensure therapy spaces are clean, organized, and safe for use.
• Support general housekeeping duties in therapy areas, including cleaning of equipment and activity spaces.
• Follow proper infection control protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance the quality of client care.
• Monitor daily responsibilities of therapy assistants and provide supervision when required.
• Assist therapists in evaluating the performance of therapy assistants.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer.
