Senior Finance Manager - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Responsible for SGX half yearly and yearly announcements.

Compliance with corporate governance legislation and SGX­Catalist regulations for public listed company.

Establish, maintain and enforce proper systems of internal financial control policies and procedures.

Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements for the Group.

Prepare monthly divisional P&L as other reports as required by the management.

Review of Holding Company and subsidiaries monthly management accounts.

Conduct quarterly inventory count and oversee inventory reconciliation.

Ensure proper maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.

Ensure timely billings and rental collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Liaise with tenants, lawyers, bankers, auditors and tax agent on finance­related matters.

Filing of Quarterly GST.

Acts as Administrator for Navision.

Good track record of developing a high performing finance team.

Any other ad­hoc accounts or finance matters as assigned by the management.

Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least a CPA / CA / MBA / BA in Accounting / Finance Management.

At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong in consolidation and well versed in Navision and MYOB.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
