Overview
Business Development / Enterprise Sales Account Executive to drive net new enterprise sales in the F&B sector across Southeast Asia . The role focuses on acquiring new regional clients, building strategic relationships, and promoting advanced F&B payment and POS solutions .
The ideal candidate is a hunter with a strong track record in enterprise sales for F&B technology, payment solutions, or POS systems , capable of navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals across SEA markets.
Responsibilities
- Regional F&B Business Development : Identify, prospect, and acquire net new enterprise F&B clients across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage the complete sales process — from lead generation and solution presentations to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
- C-level & Operational Stakeholder Engagement : Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, CFOs, CIOs, operations heads, and other decision-makers in F&B groups.
- Market Strategy & Expansion : Target high-growth F&B verticals (fine dining, QSR, café chains, hotels) with tailored go-to-market approaches.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Partner with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to design customized F&B payment and POS solutions for clients.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting : Maintain accurate CRM records, provide reliable sales forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Industry Presence : Represent the company at F&B trade shows, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility in the sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related discipline.5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in F&B technology, payment solutions, POS systems, or enterprise SaaS.Proven success in hunting and closing net new enterprise accounts in the F&B sector.Strong understanding of F&B operations, payment workflows, POS systems, loyalty, and digital ordering.Experience managing regional sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SEA regional market.How to Apply 👉 Click Apply now — or send your resume directly to Talent@BuildBridgePartners.com
