Reporting directly to the Director - Sales & Marketing, based in Singapore.
You will get to develop and implement Global Branding, Marketing & Commercial related communication strategies to enhance the company's profile and support overall business goals
Develop and execute compelling promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent branding messaging across all channels. Continuously refine strategies backed by data.
Collaborate with CRM and Digital Strategy teams to develop and implement digital marketing and customer communication strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines. Provide oversight and guidance to regional headquarters on branding matters
Manage as a single point of contact, the firms global NPS scoring, to identify areas for improvement. Analyze survey results and work with management and teams to develop and implement enhancement plans
