Assist and support Management in implementing company policies;

Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;
Provide guidance, training and supervision of junior staff.
Requirements :
Degree from a recognized university
Conversant and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice;
Assist Director in delegation of job assignments;
Be familiar and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice;
Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client;
Represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design and authority compliance;
Supervision and management of applications for planning and building control departments;
Specifying the nature and quality of materials required;
Preparing tender documents for contracts;
Administration of contracts;
Project management and coordination;
Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship;
Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
Meet project schedules and maintain high standards.
Very conversant with and able to direct or carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
Ensure good project document control;
Ensure obtaining TOP and CSC;
Uphold and raise office standards;
Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff in their work;
Share and give lessons (on a need-to-do basis) to office colleagues;
To lead the project team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
