Job descriptionThe Oracle resource will work 9am to 6pm on business days (Mon-Fri) Applying of Oracle critical / Exadata / Rollup Patch Sets for operating System / Grid / Automatic Storage Management (ASM) / InfiniBand / Database / Storage cell. Patching of Exadata Planning and managing Exadata Perform all DBA / system activities (related to Exadata) as required and requested. Assist customer with automation & monitoring routines for Exadata. Perform duties on supporting operational / technical aspects of the Exadata.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Principal Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle's technologies and products. Must be proficient and have hands-on working experience on the following areas.
- Oracle Linux
- OEM Cloud Control
- Oracle DB
- Oracle Engineered Systems – Exadata
- Backup and Restoration
Scope
Full time Engineer providing Oracle Exadata base rack L2 / L3 support on four(4) Oracle Exadata Systems as follow :
