Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations and Compliance Administrator to join our team in Singapore!

Office Operations / Admin

  • Organise office operations and procedures and provide administrative support to all employees
  • Making sure bills / invoices are paid on time by the finance team
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Liaise and maintain a good relationship with different third-party vendors – payroll company, business consulting company, auditors, background screening company, travel agencies
  • Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed (e.g. pantry supplies, business cards, stationaries etc)
  • Plan and organize office events (Dinners, Christmas, Corporate Social Responsibility)

HR Compliance

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new internal starters (sets up computer, phones, emails and logins) and contractors (insurance, onboarding documentations, orientations, etc)
  • Manage and complete the resignation / termination process for employees – compute remaining leave balance, medical balance, tax clearance and other relevant details for computation of final salary
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist with payroll processing (eg. Timesheets, Expenses)
  • POC for all contractors for insurance, leave, employment pass, salary enquiries & expenses, and other administrative matters
  • To perform any other duties as and when assigned
  • Experience

  • Some experience in HR / Office management / coordination or holds a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with Government Agencies guidelines (Quarterly Referral and Placement report, Childcare Leave, Maternal / Paternal Leave, IRAS, ACRA)
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
