We are looking for an Operations and Compliance Administrator to join our team in Singapore!

Office Operations / Admin
- Organise office operations and procedures and provide administrative support to all employees
- Making sure bills / invoices are paid on time by the finance team
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Liaise and maintain a good relationship with different third-party vendors – payroll company, business consulting company, auditors, background screening company, travel agencies
- Frequently check office supply stock; reorder supplies when needed (e.g. pantry supplies, business cards, stationaries etc)
- Plan and organize office events (Dinners, Christmas, Corporate Social Responsibility)
HR Compliance
Ensure smooth onboarding for new internal starters (sets up computer, phones, emails and logins) and contractors (insurance, onboarding documentations, orientations, etc)Manage and complete the resignation / termination process for employees – compute remaining leave balance, medical balance, tax clearance and other relevant details for computation of final salaryMaintain employee recordsAssist with payroll processing (eg. Timesheets, Expenses)POC for all contractors for insurance, leave, employment pass, salary enquiries & expenses, and other administrative mattersTo perform any other duties as and when assignedExperience
Some experience in HR / Office management / coordination or holds a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource ManagementGood knowledge of local employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with Government Agencies guidelines (Quarterly Referral and Placement report, Childcare Leave, Maternal / Paternal Leave, IRAS, ACRA)Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication toolsFantastic organisational and time management skillsTell employers what skills you have
