Job descriptionFriendly and a good communicator Possesses 1 – 2 years of relevant freight forwarding / shipping experience ( consol experience) Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), as the role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and handling Mandarin documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Salary : $2,800 to $3,200
Working Hours : 8.45am to 6pm (M to F) 9.30am to 12pm (Sat – once every 3 months)
Location : Central Singapore
The Challenges :
- Handling Consol and Taobao shipments
- Liaising with both consignees and oversees agents through multiple channels
- Managing and tracking shipments effectively
- Handle shipping documents to ensure smooth transition of shipments (BL, Airway Bill, Customs forms)
