Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Marketing and relationship management : Assist with marketing activities and develop brand image.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide post-sales support and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Sales and business development : Identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and key decision-makers in target markets.Achieve sales targets and drive revenue for new installations, modernizations, and maintenance contracts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration and administration : Liaise with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure project success.Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, safety regulations, and company products.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
