Job descriptionMinimum 3 years’ experience in construction safety supervision, preferably in civil, underground, pipejacking, or pipelaying projects. Able to perform roles such as ECO, ECMO, Confined Space Assessor, Earthwork Supervisor, and Lifting Supervisor when required. Registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Possess a valid Class 2 / 3 driving license. Good knowledge of local WSH legislation and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all site safety matters to ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management regulations.
- Review and verify project risk assessments and method statements.
- Implement and monitor safety and emergency response plans, conduct safety briefings, and ensure timely incident reporting.
- Carry out daily and regular site inspections to identify and rectify unsafe practices.
- Prepare and submit safety inspection reports in accordance with project requirements.
- Attend project and client meetings to report and advise on safety-related issues.
