Principal Architect (Pharma)

This position is for a Principal Architect who has worked as a Lead Architect on projects with good knowledge of Singapore permitting requirements experience in Pharmaceutical and Refinery / Chemical Plant Project. Responsible for performing assigned Architectural Engineering tasks to desired quality using Wood work processes and the latest engineering tools on projects.

Qualifications :

Degree in Architecture, Registered Professional in any Accredited Professional Entity / Country with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical plants, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Power Plants.

Knowledge, skills and experience :

• Familiar with Architectural 3D Design & 2D Drafting software such as Revit, Triforma, AECOsim, 3D max, AutoCAD, Microstation, etc.
• Expertise in Local Singapore Permitting Requirements is essential.
• Good knowledge and work experience in preparing design deliverables in compliance with Singapore Building Control Regulation (including Planning and Building Plan Submission), Building Firecode, and BIM Submission requirements.
• Knowledge of Buildability and Green Mark
• Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive.
• Able to lead, motivate & guide team comprising of Architects & Designers.
• Possess good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude and a desire to win.
