Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is an Aerospace Manufacturing at Corporation Road, they urgently need :

Manufacturing Engineers

The candidate will be responsible for programming and test cut of new products and improvement of existing production parts.

• Prepare NC programs, including tooling design and selection, for 5-axis milling on materials ranging from Aluminium, Titanium to Inconel 718.
• Probe programming for error proofing, datum setting, dimension check etc.
• Control of machining cycle time within target including all in-machine activities such as probing, machining, appropriate cutter checks etc.
• Control overall costs for machining taking into consideration cycle time and cost of cutters.
• Work with the MRB team for troubleshooting of non-conformance.

Requirements

Salary : up to $6000 (NO AWS + 1-2 months variable bonus)

Location : Corporation Rd

Working hours : (Mon-Fri) 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6.00pm / 9.00am to 6.30pm – flexible working hours
