Roles & Responsibilities

• Laise with customers, users and related stakeholders to understand their business needs.
• Analyze business requirements and define system functions.
• Create user story and describe the input, output and corresponding business processes.
• Write down business scenarios, contruct workflow diagrams, and prepare UI protypes.
• Work with UI / UX designer to improve user experience of UI design.
• Work with development team to ensure the team understands user stories clearly.
• Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested.
• Standardized system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide.
• Present system functions to customers, users and related stakeholders.
• Analyze the feedbacks from users or customers and prepare system improvements.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Help on technical documentation.
