Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, including the execution of government-related talent grant projects. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global TA colleagues to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the organization’s current and future needs. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on—balancing stakeholder management, talent market insights, and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Partnership
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and talent priorities.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on best practices, talent availability, culture fit, effective screening and recruitment timelines.
- Liaise with Enterprise Singapore to manage the full lifecycle of SGEP and LDI programs.
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : Provide direct talent sourcing techniques, sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation negotiations, and onboarding coordination.Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.Maintain compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.Market Insights & Talent Pipelining
Leverage market intelligence to provide insights on talent trends, competitor hiring activity, and compensation benchmarks.Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.Partner with employer branding teams to position the company as an employer of choice in Singapore and the region.Organise and participate in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach organised by institutions, government agencies etcStakeholder Management & Reporting
Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to ensure alignment with overall talent strategies.Provide timely recruitment metrics, dashboards, and insights to business stakeholders.Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance TA efficiency and candidate quality.Desired Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a degree in healthcare, life sciences or related fields.7 years and above of talent acquisition experience within a fast-paced environment.Experienced in managing government programs and grants such as SGEP / LDI preferred.Tech-savvy, self-sufficient, agile and adaptable to changing business needs.Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles in Singapore.Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and market dynamics.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Able to work effectively across cultures.Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin required as there is regular liaison with counterparts in China.This position is based in Singapore.
