Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing for the group.

Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Assist in SGX reporting preparations and requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional parties on audit, tax, and compliance matters.

Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making.

Review and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and other ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.

Requirements

Min. Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.

Min. 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a listed company environment.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in group consolidation.

Familiarity with SGX listing rules and regulatory reporting requirements.

Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP / accounting systems is an advantage.
