- 5 days work week (including weekend, PH), 42.5 hours (8.30am to 6pm)
- Basic salary up $9000 +AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities :
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and care staff.Oversee manpower planning, rostering, and deployment to ensure optimal staffing.Conduct performance reviews and support career development.Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.Implement and audit nursing protocols, SOPs, and clinical workflows.Review incident reports, patient feedback, and complaints, driving improvements where necessary.Ensure adherence to MOH, SNB, and licensing requirements.Manage nursing resources effectively, including equipment and consumables.Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and accreditation exercises.Organize continuing education and professional training for nursing staff.Promote evidence-based practices and continuous skills enhancement.Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and management.Engage patients and families in care discussions, ensuring positive experiences.Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).Registered Nurse with a valid license under the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) .At least 10 years of nursing experience , including 5 years in a management role .Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in audits, compliance, and quality improvement.Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd | 24C2261
