In this context, it is essential that we provide our clients and prospects with the most distinctive and ultimate luxury experience, which only CHANEL can offer. To cultivate this emotional bond, High-End events will play a critical role, given a large part of the High-End sales is confirmed by clients, demonstrating their engagement and connection with CHANEL on these occasions. It is therefore key to plan ahead major events, and to orchestrate a perfect execution that allows all local, regional and international clients to experience unforgettable moments with the CHANEL brand.
What impact you can create at Chanel
Reporting to the Head of High-End Business, WFJ, North Asia, the High-end Business Events Manager defines and implements the high-end events and client trips strategy and priorities in SEAA, and orchestrates high-end events with markets to ensure flawless execution.
ORCHESTRATE CLIENT EVENTS IMPLEMENTATION WITH LOCAL MARKETS
Support markets on implementation of High-End events, by collaborating with High-End Business Development and Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) PR teams in the division. Ensure particular attention to events in new High-End markets by providing High-End events expertise and coaching for implementation. Supervise key milestones in the implementation of large-scale events in Singapore (venue validation, budget, event retro-planning, client experience, etc.)
Manage participation of clients to High-End events across the world, physically or remotely, ensuring a memorable and unique experience throughout the journey according to client segment and potential.
Drive new ideas and formulate best practices across Regions and Global
CLIENT EVENTS PLANNING, ORGANISATION AND GUIDANCE
Contribute to High-End events planning for Y+1 by working with markets on formats needed, and with High-End Merchandising team on stock routing calendar.
Organize and drive planning of High-End regional events as Project lead in collaboration with market hosting the event : venue, concept adaptation, production agency selection, budget, sales and ROI, schedule, retail preparation, private viewings organization, entertainment / gala dinner.
Ensure that the highest level of service and support is offered locally to High-End clients of any city or country.
Respect and monitor continuously the application of the international high-end client’s activation and prospection rules, taking into consideration their privileged relationship with their sales advisors on HJ as well as their status / and relationship with Fashion.
Ensure highest level of focus is put on the overall experience of the Diamond clients in events or trips so they always receive the maximum level of attention, surpassing and exceeding their expectations.
ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS FOR THE ULTIMATE CLIENT JOURNEY
Master the Ultimate platform in SEAA to extract and analyse data as needed, while providing markets and regional marketing team with client knowledge and insights.
Work closely with SEAA and division Marketing teams on developing gifts, tools and experiences that will enrich the client journey and contribute to long term client retention and engagement with CHANEL.
Develop and support the implementation of personalized and tailor-made experiences for clients according to their CRM segment, expectations, and preferences (private viewings, events, customer trips, gifts, etc.)
Develop close understanding of high-end market context and needs, recommend and share needs of events formats and features that support the recruitment and engagement of High-End clients . Always challenge the status quo to offer out of the box experiences to our customers.
