Roles & Responsibilities

Job Details :

Working days : Any 5 days from Mon to Sat, Sunday and PH off

Working hours : 42 hours per week; Staggered timing for Mon to Fri (0700-1630 / 0800-1730 / 0830-1800); Sat (0700 – 1600)

Lunch break : min 45mins

Job scope : Bed & Surgical Booking Office, call centre setting

Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.

Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.

Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.

Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings.

Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.

Requirements :

Min N / O / A / Nitec or Diploma in healthcare / nursing / hospitality / related field

Call centre experience / customer service is highly preferred
