Job descriptionCoordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, etc.) and internal teams to integrate multidisciplinary inputs. Support Project Architect / Manager with project schedules, submittals, and deliverables. Assist in obtaining permits and approvals from local authorities. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders as needed. Participate in project meetings and assist in documentation of meeting minutes and action items. Facilitate communication between design and construction teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, ADA, and other applicable laws. Support quality assurance / quality control (QA / QC) procedures throughout all project phases. Assist in construction administration tasks such as RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections.
