Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Generate daily and month-end sale invoice to customers
• Update daily receipt from customers and follow up with customers
• Prepare payment vouchers.
• Matching of Purchase Invoice against Delivery Order and Purchase Order, ensuring all Trade invoices are recorded accurately.
• Perform Inter Company Trade billing
• Assist month end closing of Account Receivables and necessary documents filling after closing

Education

Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent of education

At least 1 year of working experience in related field

Able to perform tasks independently, and function cohesively with a team

Thrive well in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
