Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is an Independent Asset Manager to institutional investors and private clients, with headquarters in Singapore. Their wealth management business serves ultra-high net worth individuals, families and family offices across their investment, estate, tax, and philanthropic needs. They are looking for Assistant Client Advisors to support their expanding team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the team of Client Advisors in developing, managing, and retaining existing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships by delivering exceptional wealth management services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Investment Portfolio Management team to provide customized and comprehensive investment solutions and financial planning portfolios for UHNW clients.
  • Respond promptly to all client queries and instructions; monitor transactions and activities in client accounts to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate client data and reports, and handle all administrative duties with efficiency and precision.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client resolution experience.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted within the regulatory framework and adhere to the company's internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the private banking or wealth management industry preferred.
  • Preferably CACS certified (Module 1 & 2)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong coordination and organizational capabilities

    • Fresh graduates or candidates who are keen to learn may be considered for a junior level role.
