Team and Position Summary

The Senior Tech Lead or Solution Architect is a pivotal member in the Products & Engineering division of NETS Solutions, responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile and customer-facing payment applications.

This role acts as a critical bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring intuitive user experiences supported by robust backend systems that adhere to regulatory and security standards.

The individual will provide strategic solutioning guidance to the development team, ensuring alignment with business requirements, while actively engaging key stakeholders across all phases of the program and its interconnected projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design :

• Define and implement end-to-end architecture for mobile and web-based payment platforms.
• Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other relevant security and data protection standards.
