Job descriptionMin GCE "O" Levels and above Prior experience in administrative field would be an added advantage Able to start work immediately or within a short notice Able to commit at least 3-6 months or longer
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Tactful handling of phone calls and call-in enquiries
- Meticulous handling of queries and requests from superiors and colleagues
- Performed close support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained
- Faxing, filing, scanning and photocopying of documents
- Provision of administrative support to the department
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
