Job Description :
- Provide customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Assist customers with product recommendations and answer inquiries about our chocolate and ice cream offerings
- Serve chocolate beverages and ice cream efficiently and with care
- Operate the POS system and handle cash / card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including the display area and seating zone
- Support restocking of items and basic preparation tasks when needed
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
