We are looking for a Video Editor Intern to be a part of the in-house creative team, working with the wider marketing team to produce video content for advertising campaigns, marketing communications, YouTube Tutorials, product feature announcements, and content for major social media platforms. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of video post-production, including assisting with the ideation process, hands‑on video editing, as well as final delivery, video optimization, and versioning for multiple platforms. Deep dive into the app, develop and maintain a unique visual identity for the BandLab brand alongside our Art Director (Video) and Motion Designer. Assist in delivering compelling and culturally-aware visual content, and ensure on-brand delivery of visual assets at a high level of quality. Receive valuable feedback from the team and use it to refine your work. Learn and implement editing techniques and industry best practices through continuous improvement. Contribute your own ideas, developing the team’s content ideas and bringing briefs to life to create marketing campaigns large and small. What we are looking for

Singapore-based and currently enrolled or just graduated at a diploma or postgraduate level in Film, Video post production, mass communications or a similar field. Proficient in Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc). Familiarity with motion graphics and color grading is a bonus. Detail‑oriented. You are thorough with your checks and aim for error‑free work each time. A digital native with a finger on the pulse of popular culture (especially in our key markets like the US) with awareness of emerging trends in music. Someone who is collaborative and can form good working relationships with different individuals, teams and stakeholders. Humble and objective. You are able to provide, receive, and incorporate constructive feedback. A passion for music is a must, and music production knowledge is a PLUS!
