Roles & Responsibilities

Well Established Company
Basic $3200 to $4500 + AWS + VB
Working Location : Tuas, Singapore
Company Transport Provided : Boon Lay; Choa Chu Kang; Bukit Batok
Monday to Friday (8 : 15am to 5 : 45pm)

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement inspection and testing protocols for incoming and outgoing materials and components.

Analyze non-conformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and improve incoming part quality.

Conduct root cause analysis for product failures or customer complaints and support resolution efforts.

Participate in internal quality audits in compliance with ISO or other Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Maintain Quality Management System documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality reports.

Assist in testing and commissioning activities as needed.

Represent the QA function in project meetings and customer quality reviews as required.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Experience in quality assurance or quality engineering roles, preferably in manufacturing or electrical / electronic industries.
