About the

Role

We are looking for a dynamic

Senior Manager, Business Development &

Solutions to drive strategic growth through new

business acquisition, key account expansion, and solution

innovation. This role leads a team to deliver impactful results,

shape go-to-market strategies, and build strong client partnerships

with integrated security and technology

solutions.

Key

Responsibilities

Lead

and manage the Business Development team, including target setting

and performance management.

Drive business

growth across sectors such as government, infrastructure,

transportation, and commercial markets.

Identify and pursue new opportunities through market

intelligence, networking, and strategic partnerships.

Oversee tender and proposal submissions, ensuring

compliance with technical and commercial requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated

manpower, technology, and command centre solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder

relationships.

Represent the company at

industry events and forums.

Monitor market

trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to

inform

strategy.

Qualifications

& Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information

Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.

8-10 years of experience in

business development, solutioning, or account management,

preferably in security, ICT, or technology

integration sectors.

Proven

track record in securing and managing high-value

government or enterprise deals .

Strong leadership skills with experience managing

high-performing teams.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement

abilities.

Strategic thinker with the ability

to convert market opportunities into actionable plans.

Familiarity with integrated security solutions, video

analytics, surveillance systems, and public sector procurement

processes is an

advantage.
