Job Description

Industry / Organization Type : IT Communications Service Provider
Position Title : System Support Engineer (Telecommunication / PABX / Alcatel)
Working Location : Central (Nearest MRT : Mattar)
Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm)
Salary Package : SGD 5000 + Performance Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Configuration of Voice / Network peripherals, VoIP / Cloud PABX, Network Switches etc.

Provide helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting.

Validate System Design Documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a proactive approach and positive attitude.

Continuously acquire and update product knowledge in line with industry trends.

At least ITE with minimum 1 year of related working experience.

Experience in deploying and managing Voice / Data project, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, troubleshooting LAN / VoIP systems is an advantage.

Good knowledge in IT and communication system / PABX is required

Alcatel, Mitel and Yeastar PABX knowledge will be an added advantage.
