Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

· Coordinate Structural, Architectural and M&E BIM models.

· Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements.

· Conduct clash detection, resolve coordination issues, and manage BIM issues.

· Participate or lead in project meetings and technical reviews.

· Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure the timely delivery of coordinated models.

· Produce shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM model.

· Prepare and manage model submission schedules and documentation.
Produce Structural and Architectural BIM models.

· Produce shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM model.

· Review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications.

· Coordinate and liaise with construction project stakeholders.

· Participate project meetings and technical reviews.

· Prepare and manage model submission schedules and documentation.

· Participate and support the Project Implementation of BIM, VDC and IDD Use Cases.

· Support BIM Manager for Project Implementation of BIM, VDC and IDD Use Cases.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination

· BSc or Dip Architecture, Engineering or BCA equivalent.

· BIM Certification or training (is a plus).

· Proficient in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit (Archi/Stru/M&E), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360/ACC, and other BIM tools.
