Job Description
Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to a growing brand? The Air Station is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing and launch strategies, directly impacting our company’s exciting goals. This role will involve significant support for our retail presence and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing:Execute impactful digital marketing activities aligned with our marketing and product strategy, including digital campaigns with various social media channels.
- Campaign & Event Management:Plan, implement, and manage exciting marketing programs, event campaigns, and participate in prominent trade shows. This includes supportingin-store retail campaigns and promotions.
- Sales & Training Support:Develop and maintain essential sales tools, comprehensive training materials for both internal teams andretail partners, and compelling product collaterals.
- New Product Launches:Support the launch of new products through meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and flawless execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring strong support forretail rollout and merchandising.
- Market Intelligence:Conduct insightful research and provide valuable feedback on market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments, with a focus onretail consumer behavior and competitor retail strategies.
- Logistics & Coordination:Coordinate and manage all logistics for conferences, trade shows, meetings, training sessions, and company events – from registration to presentations and materials. This includes logistical support forretail visual merchandising updates and in-store event setups.
- ROI Tracking:Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for all events and campaigns, includingretail-specific promotions and activities, to ensure maximum impact.
- Employer Branding:Contribute to our employer branding efforts, including managing our vibrant social media presence and enhancing website content, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, including retail.
- Vendor Management:Source, evaluate, and negotiate with third-party vendors for marketing-related services, includingsuppliers for retail display materials and promotional items.
- Inventory Control:Maintain an organised inventory of all marketing and promotional materials, specifically includingpoint-of-sale (POS) materials and retail collateral.
- Retail Support:Directly support the execution and performance of marketing campaigns running in our retail stores, working closely with the retail operations team to ensure effective implementation and communication.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong understanding of retail marketing or supporting retail operations.
