Lead and manage plant operations, planning, and resource allocation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Manage operations budgets.

Optimize costs without compromising quality.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry preferably networking products.

Profiency in spoken & written Japanese to communicte with Japan HQ.

Extensive travel is required.
