Responsibilities would include :

Spearhead development of innovation and origination / structuring of fund financing for financial sponsors across Asia Pacific

Lead front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance and NAV finance)

Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, credit application preparation, approvals, closing processes

Lead team on preparing RFP proposals, term sheets, pitch books, marketing activities, loan documentation, etc.

Stay updated on market trends and current events in fund finance industry

Lead internal improvement of fund finance strategy and risk framework, working with key

stakeholders

Lead marketing strategy and dedicated product-based account planning for sponsors

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

8-10 years of direct experience in financing, including fund-level, corporate, asset-level finance

Strong interest in and understanding of credit, investment and financial analysis and their application in investment decisions and transaction structuring

Good fundamentals of business judgment, with a strong grasp on ethical and professional standards

A collaborative team player who is also independent and self-motivated
