Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for customer service and providing sales support to sales department.
• Responsible to handle product and service enquiries
• Directing requests and unresolved issues to the relevant departments
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Update order information to individual internal stakeholders
• Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing system
• Coordinate logistics for product shipment
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation e.g. Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit etc
• Ensure communications between internal and external stakeholders are optimized to maximize efficiency and ensure shipments are completed accordingly to dateline
• Observe compliance with regulations
