TECHNICIAN

Job Description

To be the first responder to check

of all breakdown, troubleshoot and follow up to ensure

rectification works are completed.

Performs

assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

Completes maintenance and repair records as required.

Assists with installation and modification of building

equipment systems.

Assists with

troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to

include : plumbing systems, roofs, drains and HVAC.

Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility,

cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and

regulations

Job

Requirements

NTC2 / 3

or NITEC in Mechanical / Electric / Building

Minimium 1 year relevant working experience in

maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and

implementing improvement works
