Job descriptionCraft engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials. Edit and proofread content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical precision. Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including logistics, coordination, and evaluation of event success. Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events. Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring the best use of resources for maximum impact. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Report and escalate to management as needed. Uphold and convey the school's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and communications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply best practices in marketing. Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing strategy. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics as needed. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese , with strong written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of a Diploma in Business, Mass Communications, Design / Film, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; we value passion and drive as much as experience. Demonstrated skills in photography and filmography, including editing and post-production. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro). Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills on various mediums. Experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successfully managed events. Flexible with working hours, including the willingness to work odd hours and over weekends when necessary. A strong interest in early childhood education and a desire to create content that reflects the importance and joy of learning in the early years. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about crafting and sharing our story. Must be physically fit and able to move or lift camera equipment and event materials. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor locations. This role will involve working in multiple settings, including school environments, event locations, and occasionally off-site for content creation. Must be willing to travel as required for events and projects. A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team committed to excellence in education. Position Summary :
The Marketing Communications Executive at Greentree Montessori is a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about storytelling through various media forms. This role demands a blend of skills in content creation, brand development, and event management. The ideal candidate will be adept at capturing the school's ethos and translating it into compelling marketing materials that resonate with our audience.

Content Creation :
- Utilize photography and filmography skills to create high-quality visual content that enhances our brand's narrative.
- Design and produce marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all content is on-brand and meets our high standards for visual communication.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
