Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend meetings and liaise with clients and consultants in the administration of projects.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project quantity
- Prepare various building contracts, piling contracts & nominated subcontracts & contract formalisation
- Measure & take off quantities for structural & architectural work elements
Responsible for quotation, comparison
To manage pre and post contract administration in terms of costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts & evaluation of progress claimsPrepare variation orders, interim valuationsResponsible for setting up contract agreements with subcontractors & suppliersAdminister subcontracts on quotation, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extension of time, final accounts, and contractual adviceWill require to base in both Headquarter and off-site;Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the companyDegree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualificationMinimum 10 years working experience for both prep & post contract in building construction fieldIndividual of the highest caliber who are confident, driven & with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to read & communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking contractorsTell employers what skills you have
