Job Title : Part-Time Conference Helper

Event Dates : 8–12 December 2025 (5 days)

Location : Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, Singapore

About the Role

East Asia Research is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Conference Helpers to support the smooth running of our international academic conference. This is a short-term, part-time opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a dynamic, event-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and usher conference delegates to their seats
Assist with timekeeping during conference sessions
Take photos and capture key moments of the event
Support with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the conference team
Ensure the smooth flow of the conference program

Requirements

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Punctual, reliable, and a team player

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
