What You’ll Be Doing
As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of your centre :
- Lead the team : Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Student & Parent Engagement : Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Centre Operations : Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.
- Customer Service Excellence : Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
- Problem Solving & Improvement : Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre’s overall success.
Requirements
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.Energetic, warm, and people-oriented — able to motivate staff and engage students.Strong communication and leadership skills .Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven.Prior management experience in a similar setting is a plus , but not required.Work Hours & Commitment
Weekdays : 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM ( 2 Weekdays off ).Saturday & Sunday : 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM ( both days are weekends compulsory ).Why You’ll Love Working at LCentral
