Job Overview
Responsible for the management of the Sales of Surgical Workflows and Infection Control products, services, and solutions that contribute to Group’s continuum of care; enabling surgeries and treating acute health conditions in South East Asia regions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the business for Surgical Workflows and Infection Control group of products.
- Familiarize the company’s product offering into the target market segment.
- Map out target list of potential customers within each of the market segment; develop a plan to cover the market segment.
- Identifying and managing distribution channels fo assigned territories.
- Leveraging the full portfolio to maximize the opportunities and ensureoptimal market coverage.
- Monitoring key market trends and competitive market information.
- Responsible for the sales budget and gross profit planning and achievement.
- Providing sales forecasts on a monthly and R12 basis.
- Adhering and enforcing company policies and proceures.
- 20-30% travel within the region & international travel if required.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and / or Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or other Engineering or Business Management.Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in sales management for the medical devices industry and ideally, for capital equipment.Proven sales record and ability to reach sales target.Ability to plan and manage both the strategic and operational levels.Good communicator, able to engage with internal Senior Management and other Business Units as well as with external parties.Sales driven individual, with a strong desire to excel.Good follow up skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skill.Tell employers what skills you have
