Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role :

We are seeking an IT Application Manager to manage electronic payment systems, securities systems, and contingency systems. The role focuses on vendor management, system enhancements, patching, and testing, while ensuring smooth operations for payments, securities, and settlements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage vendors to deliver system enhancements, patching, and testing.
  • Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
  • Assess technical solutions proposed by vendors.
  • Support payments, securities, and trade settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external infrastructures.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Degree with 5+ years’ experience in payments / securities settlement systems.
  • Strong project and vendor management skills with proven delivery track record.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in Java, SQL, design patterns, and architecture.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in developing securities systems and financial instruments.
  • Experience handling high-pressure, time-sensitive operations.
