Regularly monitor customer acquisition progress and
market competition trends, conduct analysis, and formulate
effective strategies.
Implement a fair,
reasonable, and effective system of rewards and penalties; foster
teamwork and maintain good discipline among staff.
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient
functioning of all departments.
Conduct
regular staff training to improve service quality and communication
skills.
Lead the team to achieve monthly sales
targets.

Requirements
Presentable appearance, professional demeanor, with both
authority and approachability.
Proven
experience in managing beauty / wellness operations.
Responsible, dedicated, and committed to
excellence.
Strong professional skills with
knowledge of beauty industry operations and business
models.
Prior beauty salon / spa management
experience preferred.
Able to communicate in
Chinese; must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
(Malaysian) (Female candidates
only).
Qualifications
At least 2 years of store / centre management experience
with solid professional knowledge.
Strong
professional ethics, with experience in promotions and staff
training.
Team-oriented, with strong
communication, interpersonal, and stress-management
skills.
Honest, responsible, empathetic, and
highly effective in execution.
