SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Bartending Duties :
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
- Check guests' identification to verify legal age requirements.
- Maintain stock levels and replenish bar inventory as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
Supervisory Duties :
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bar and staff during assigned shifts.Supervise daily restaurant operations, including front and back of houseTrain, mentor, and guide new bartenders and barbacks.Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.Handle shift scheduling, opening and closing duties, and cash handling procedures.Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.Ensure all safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations are followed.Job Requirements :
Proven experience as a bartender and team leader or supervisor.Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and customer service best practices.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead a team effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and a positive attitude.Other Details :
