Test Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead to lead our testing team. The Test Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on testing experience, and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including support during night and after-office hours when required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the testing team to deliver high-quality software releases within deadlines.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee functional, regression, performance, and automation testing activities.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability through requirement mapping and risk-based testing approaches.
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide testers and promote best testing practices within the team.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities with external vendors or partners when applicable.
• Provide support for night and after-office hour testing activities as required.
