Assistant Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate

recent graduate to join our dynamic team at New Ark Consulting. In

this position, you will learn from the best and play a crucial part

in supporting our clients' accounting needs, contributing to the

overall success of our growing accounting

practice.

What you'll be

doing

Perform a range of bookkeeping

duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial

reporting

Assist with the preparation of

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Liaise with clients to gather financial information and

address any queries or concerns

Collaborate

with the wider accounting team to ensure the timely and accurate

completion of client work

Stay up-to-date with

changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Provide support as needed to maintain good client

relationships

Who we're looking

for

Recent graduate from university

or polytechnic, with a passion in professional accounting /

auditing career

Excellent attention to detail

and ability to work accurately under pressure

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to

liaise with clients and colleagues

Fast

learner and Self starter, Eager to learn and excel in whatever they

do

Ability to work independently and as part

of a team to meet deadlines
