Job Description :
- Supervising team of cleaners.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment.
- Provide guidance and coaching of new team members.
- Train new cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Address client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices.
Requirement :
