Job Description & Requirements

Our client is looking for a Product Growth Specialist to manage the Philippines market. The incumbent will have to leverage on their deep understanding of the local competitive and product landscape He / She will have to highlight product gaps and identify growth opportunities in the country and drive execution of growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for success in Philippines.
  • Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Ensure that ecosystem is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Philipinnes.
  • Partner with analytics organization to validate key findings with data
  • Drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
  • Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
  • Understand the organization’s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve on it

Requirements :

  • Fluency in English and Tagalog due to the market that this incumbent will cover
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing in digital products or tech companies
  • Experience partnering with product management or product growth at a global scale
  • Experience with social products, technologies, and platforms (good to have)
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders at a global scale
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on and a self-starter
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications.
