Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognised institutions Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the related field. Drafting experience in M&E services is a must. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM / Revit MEP is an added advantage. Hardworking, willing to learn, and with a good working attitude. Able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Required language (English & Mandarin) to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking client. Both genders are welcome to apply Working hours : Monday to Friday – 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm Saturday -8 : 30am to 12 : 00 pm
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Ensure all structural drawings & specifications are fully compliant with project requirements.
- Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling, and documentation.
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM modelling / Revit / AutoCAD.
- Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members.
- Prepare and submit drawings that comply with the Contract’s guidelines.
- Ensure drawings and designs meet the project deadline.
- Space Management.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
