Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a HR & Admin Executive to join their dynamic team :
- Employment Type : Permanent
- Position : HR Administrator / HR & Admin Executive
- Location : Redhill
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package : Up to $4,000 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities :
Prepare and issue all employment-related correspondence and documentation.Manage the end-to-end process for all work pass transactions, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain accurate records of outcomes.Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and authoritiesMaintain and update employee files and HR databaseAssist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasksJob Requirements :
At least a Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experienceKnowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processesComputer literate and proficient in MS Office.Able to start immediately or in short notice.Ready to apply?
