Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Executive (Strategic Planning) :

Job Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer enquiries and process pricing estimates and quotations
  • Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners for data gathering and quote preparation
  • Conduct price reviews and support pricing strategy decisions
  • Assist in budgeting and analysing cost estimates
  • Analyse customer and supplier forecasts against actual demands
  • Support the preparation of monthly internal sales and pricing reports

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player with good communication and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in shipment coordination or handling customer / supplier interactions, is preferred
  • Prior experience in issuing quotations is an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary : Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
  • Working Location :  Labrador Park
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work, 8.30 am - 5.30pm
