Role Overview
The incumbent will oversee the management of assigned clinical services across the continuum of care, with a focus on achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Manage daily operations of service points, encompassing front counter services, administrative matters and collaboration with Nurse Managers to solve system and process problems.
- Develop innovative services to continually improve service levels and patient care.
- Achieve volume and financial targets for clinical areas assigned, through annual budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads.
- Oversee services through annual budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads, and development of new services.
- Supervise non-nursing staff providing services in service points, including conduct of appraisals and induction, orientation and training of staff to ensure they possess necessary skills and knowledge.
- Responsible for staff recruitment and retention to achieve a stable, skilled and motivated workforce, and desired customer and business outcomes.
- Foster two-way communication between staff and management, ensuring timely dissemination of information and escalation of issues.
- Participate in campus development workshops and planning, as well as contribute to committees and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements Include :
Degree in any disciplineMinimum 3 years' work experience in healthcare industryAnalytical, quantitative and strong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerpointAbility to multi-task and work under tight timelinesGood analytical and organization skillsExcellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
